Prior to confirmation of a slip, an application is to be filled out by the prospective tenant. Return the application with a current photo of the vessel , proof of insurance and a copy of the vessel registration or documentation. Upon approval by the marina management, a license agreement will be filled out by a marina agent and both the tenant and marina agent will sign.

The following fees are in effect as of April 1, 2008.

Please note that all prices are based on the LOA (length overall) including all overhangs (swim steps, bow sprits, davits, etc.) or the length of the slip, whichever is greater.

Utilities: Electricity is metered with a minimum charge of $9.56 per month.

Deposit: A security deposit equal to one and one-half (1 1/2) month's rent is required and refundable if 30 days advance written notice of departure is given, less any outstanding balances. Prospective tenants wishing to be placed on any waiting list must complete an application and pay the appropriate $25 wait-list fee.

Security keys: $50 deposit on each key for long term tenants. $100 deposit on each key for short term tenants.

Short-term (up to 2 weeks) slip fee:
* $2.00/ft. per day up to 46' LOA
* $2.50/ft. per day 47' LOA and above, plus electric
* Plus normal live aboard fee if applicable.

Marina Rules & Regulations: Each tenant is to be provided with a set of Rules & Regulations.

Note: All slips have water, electricity, telephone (tenant must connect through Pacific Bell), access to heads, showers and dock carts. Rates quoted are subject to change.
