At present, the marina has a waiting list for live-aboard privileges. This waiting list does move along, but not at a steady rate. If you desire a live-aboard slip, you should do the following.

1. Complete and submit the Application for Slip Rental that is in the current package provided. A $25 wait list fee is required.
2. Attach a current color photograph of the boat to the application.
3. Include a letter to the marina manager requesting the live-aboard privilege.   In your letter, please state how many people desire to live on the boat, their ages, your/their occupation/s and the date you would be ready to live on the boat should an opening occur.

     The fee for live-aboard privileges is $350.00 for the first person, $175.00 for the second person , and $100 for a final third person.  This is in addition to the regular slip fee schedule.
     A deposit equivalent to one and one-half (1 1/2) month's live-aboard fee will be required upon approval of live-aboard privileges.  This deposit is refundable if 30 days advance notice is given to discontinue live-aboard status.

As of December 2018, the marina has a limited pet policy for live-aboard tenants.   Live-aboard status will be granted for boater's with pets on a case by case basis. Our goal is to keep the marina clean and desirable for all our boaters.

Personal Fitness lockers are available in the men’s and women’s bathrooms for a nominal fee of $10.00 per month.
Cox TV/Internet and phone services are available for connection at each slip for an additional fee. Tenants must contact directly with Cox Communications or Lyte-Wi for connection to these services. We also have a BBQ area with a Fire-pit and tables/chairs.
